Hand harvested grapes of Blaufränkisch were crushed and let to ferment on skins for a period of 4 weeks in open tub, where they were steered and punched through continuously. After soft press (1bar), wine aged 15 months in Slovak oak barrels, from where wine has been bottled with no filtration.
Red wine with ruby red colour. Taste of juicy sour cherry and dark berry fruits with long finish with lingering acidity
