Single varietal Bratislavská Leánka (Feteasca Alba), mother of Pesecká Leánka (Feteasca Regala). Hand harvested grapes were crushed and let to ferment on skins for 3 weeks. After that the grapes lightly pressed and wine transferred to old oak barrel where it aged 11 months on fine lees. Bottled with 20 mg/L Sulphites added.
White wine with spicy nose and taste (star anise, nutmeg) with light oxidative notes, lower in acidity and with malolactic creamy notes.
Pairing with chicken on smoked paprika, lighter meat dishes in general.
