Hand harvested grapes of Moravian Muscat have been carefully transported to the winery, where they have been de-stemmed and crushed. Fermentation on skins took place open tub. After 6 weeks of skin contact maceration, lightly pressed wine went to inox tank, for short 3 month stay. Bottled without added Sulphites. Wine is vegan.
Only 458 bottles made.
Orange still dry wine with Muscat spicy nose, low tannins, great acidity and tones of stone fruits and hints of mead.
Pairing with rillattes or terrines, cheese platters.
Alcohol: 12.0% vol. Sulphites (total): no added sulphites
