Hand harvested grapes of Riesling have been carefully transported to the winery, where they have been de-stemmed, crushed and loaded to amphora. After 12 months of maturation wine was bottled without any added Sulphites. Wine is vegan.
Only 340 bottles made.
Still orange dry wine with earthy notes of terracotta and sun dried stone fruits on the nose. Taste profile layered with low level of tannins and great acidity. Sundried stone fruits with hints of citruses.
