Hand harvested grapes of Riesling have been carefully transported to the winery, where they have been de-stemmed and crushed. After 6 weeks of skin maceration in open tub and light pressing, wine aged 12 months in two 220L old oak barrels. Wines was stirred monthly to re-activate the lees. Barrels were then vatted and wine bottled without any added Sulphites. Wine is vegan.
Only 585 bottles made.
Still orange dry wine with hints of Riesling diesel notes on the nose, a bit of grippiness washed away with good portion of acidity.
Pairing pasta dishes or grilled poultry.
