Hand-harvested grapes of Pinot Gris have been de-stemmed, crushed, and let for 1 day on skins. The wine is fermented and aged in oak barrels from local wood for 1 year on lees. It was bottled directly from barrels without any filtration with a small dose of Sulfites. Wine is vegan.
White wine of dark yellow colour. Tropical fruit, sweet and yeast tones on the nose and in taste.
Food pairing with heavier poultry dishes or hard cheese.
