Hand-harvested grapes of Alibernet, Pinot Noir, Blaufränkisch, and André have been crushed and left to ferment for 4 weeks on skins. Grapes/wines treated as a single varietal, aged in Slovak oak barrels 1 year. Then the wines have been married together in a ratio (Alibernet 50%, Pinot Noir 24%, Blaufränkisch 24%, André 2%) and refilled to oak
barrels for further maturing of 1 year. Wine is vegan.
Red wine of dark ruby colour, dark forest berries, ripe cherries, hints of spices. Very long finish with pleasing tannins. Very stable wine which opens over time. Bottle open for 4-5 days is the best expression.
