Hand harvested grapes of André have been carefully transported to the winery, where they have been de-stemmed and crushed. After 2 months of skin maceration in open tub and light pressing, wine aged 12 months in three 220L old oak barrels. Wines was stirred monthly to re-activate the lees. Barrels were then vatted and wine bottled without any added Sulphites. Wine is vegan.

Still red dry wine with super high juiciness and low alcohol. Gluglu fruity juicy wine which we recommend to serve cold/chilled.
