Blend of wines from 2020 and 2021 vintages. The base wine consists of two vintages. 50% of the base wine is vintage 2020, which matured one year in wooden barrels, and 50% is vintage 2021. Fermenting wine from vintage 2021 was mixed with wine from vintage 2020. Subsequently, natural secondary fermentation happens in bottles.
60% Pinot Blanc, 15% Pinot Noir, and the rest 25% is from a single vineyard planted with Blaufränkisch, Pesecká Leánka and Grüner Veltliner. Wine is vegan.
Structured rose (?) Pet-Nat of creamy bubbles and complex yet easy-drink taste profile with hints of savory notes. Great as an aperitif before the dinner is served.
