Hand-harvested grapes of Welshriesling were de-stemm, crushed and loaded to big stainless steel tank, where the natural fermentation took place. When the fermentation fully finished, wine was take away from skins (with very light pressure) and then aged in oak barrels of different age. After 8 months barrels were emptied back to the original tank, were it stayed for a couple of months. Bottled with no filtration an small doze of Sulphites. Wine is vegan.
