Hand-harvested grapes of Blaufränkisch were crushed and left to ferment on skins for a period of 4 weeks in the open tub, where they were steered and punched through continuously. After soft press (1bar), the wine is aged 15 months in Slovak oak barrels, from where wine has been bottled with no filtration. Wine is vegan.
