Proza is a dry white wine from marvlaTINDO - a blend of three grape varieties - Welshriesling, Rhine Riesling, Pinot Gris. Each wine was vinified separately with a short time on skins, then aged in stainless steel tanks, and oak barrels of various ages for about 8 months (on fine lees). The wines were blended together in a 10,000L stainless steel tank. Minimal dose of sulphur just before bottling.
A juicy wine with white flowers and smoky notes on the nose, with a complex mineral spine wrapped up in fruity notes and a refreshing acidity.
Pairs well with light pasta dishes or with leaf salads a la Waldorf.
