
Classic naturally sparkling PetnNat is made from Blaufränkisch grapes, which were picked before fully riped to preserve high acidity and lower sugar levels and as such lower alcohol. After de-stemming and crushing, the juice was fermented on skins for just a couple of days, so only the bright tones of berry fruits got extracted with no tannins. Wine then continued the fermentation for a couple of days in an old oak barrels before bottling. Wine is vegan.
