White and red grapes of Vitis Lambrusca were harvested together, de-stemmed, crushed and let for 10 days open vat fermentation on skins. Wine aged in old French oak 220L barrel around 10 months. Bottled with no filtration, nor fining, nor addition of Sulfites.
Red wine of lighter colour, with nose of forest strawberries, taste of fresh berry fruits and great supporting acidity. Tannins are low. Wine is Vegan.
Residual sugar 2g/L, acids 6g/L, alc. 12% vol., sulfites total: No Sulfur Added
