
A classic blend of Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%). The Pinot grapes are from a 16 year old vineyard with clay soils and the Chardonnay is grown on a 26 year-old vineyard with loess soils. Wine is vegan.
Very elegant yet persistent nose of fresh fruits with taste unfurling in layers and a long finish.
