
Dry white wine made from Müller-Thurgau and Moravian Muscat grapes. The grapes were harvested from a 14 year old vineyard with clay soils and an elevation of 241M above sea level.
The de-stemmed grapes were crushed and gently pressed, the juice poured into an old oak barrel where it fermented and matured on lees for 4 months. Bottled with minimum addition of sulphur.
Letní Pití means means Summer Drink in Czech, and it is just that - refreshing with a lighter body and good acidity.
Pairs well with fish or seafood dishes or poultry meat from grill.
Alc. 12.5% vol., total sulphites: 35mg/L.
