A dry white made from Merzling grapes, a crossbreed of Seyval Blanc, Rhine Riesling and Pinot Gris. The grapes were hand-harvested in organic-certified vineyards, de-stemmed and fermented for one week. After a light pressing the juice continued fermenting and aging in old oak barrels where it was stirred monthly for 6 months. Wine is vegan.
A light, fresh white wine with a fruity aroma and lower acidity. A small dose of sulphites was added before bottling.
Pairing with salads or seafood dishes.
Alcohol: 12.0% abv. Sulphites (total): 45mg/L
