Hand harvested grapes of Moravian Muscat have been carefully transported to the winery, where they have been de-stemmed and crushed. After short,12 hours, skin contact, grapes were lightly pressed and fermentation took place in old oak barrel. The wine was bottled immediately after the fermentation finished (after 2 months) under a crown cap, to preserve all the yummy freshness of young wine. Wine is vegan.

White still dry wine. Fresh nose of Muscat and young wine, light body with good acidity and hints of white peaches.
Wine for sunny days in park or lunch with friends. Pairing with tempura style dishes or sushi.
