A white petnat made from Müller Thurgau grapes which were hand harvested in organic-certified vineyards. The grapes were crushed and lightly pressed, then the juice was transferred to glass demijohns where the natural fermentation took place.
Refreshing bubbles with the vivid aromas of Muller, stone fruits on the palate and juicy acidity.
Pairs well with oysters, poultry and fish and can also be enjoyed without food.
