A dry, full-bodied orange wine made from organic Riesling grapes. The grapes were crushed and loaded into terracotta amphoras, where the must fermented and aged for 12 months. Bottled without filtration nor added sulphites. Wine is vegan.
Bold orange wine with vivid botrytis notes and structured, bigger body. Great for gastronomy. Hints of white tea, tobacco, raisins and cedar wood on the nose and palate.
Paring with meat based dishes or selection of hard cheeses.
Alcohol: 13.5% abv. Sulphites (total): 5mg/L.
