A dry, orange Riesling. The grapes were hand-harvested from an organic-certified vineyard, de-stemmed, crushed and fermented on skins for 2 months. The wine was aged for 12 months in old oak barrels then bottled with no filtration nor added Sulphites. Wine is vegan.
Fuller bodied orange wine with vivid acidity and medium level of tannins. On the nose tones of fresh grapes and hints of brioche.
Pairing with leg of duck confit.
Alcohol: 13.5% abv. Sulphites (total): 5mg/L
