Single varietal Cabernet Moravia, a crossbreed variety of Cabernet Franc and Zweigeltrebe.
harvested grapes, were de-stemmed, crushed and let to ferment on skins for just a week without any punch downs. Free flowing juice was then transported to stainless steel tanks where the fermentation took place. Wine aged on fine lees for 9 months and was bottled with small addition of Sulphur. Wine is vegan.
Still red wine with earthy yet juicy taste profile and hints of white pepper. No tannins, make this wine very enjoyable at lower temperature.
