A blend of three white grapes - Welschriesling (40%) and Hárslevelű (Lipovina) (20%) and Furmint (60%), harvested from a vineyard with an elevation of 168 m.a.s.l. The grapes were harvested and processed together, then crushed and macerated on skins for 24 hours. After pressing, the wine was spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks then transferred to old 500L oak barrels. The wine was bottled with the addition of a
small dose of sulphites. Wine is vegan.
Dry white wine with intense botrytis notes on the nose and taste. Pairs well with roast
duck, game and pork.
