Single varietal Furmint from the west-facing vineyard with an elevation of 230 m.a.s.l. and volcanic bedrock. The grapes were hand-harvested, de-stemmed, crushed and immediately pressed. Part of the wine was spontaneously fermented and matured in old oak barrels, the rest in stainless steel tanks. The wines were married together before bottling with a small dose of sulphites. Wine is vegan.
Crispy white wine. High acidity with saline notes and high minerality. Notes of gooseberries both on the nose and in taste.
Pairs very well with seafood dishes.
