A white wine made from a 50/50 blend of Furmint and Hárslevelű (Lipovina) from a south/south-east facing vineyard at an elevation of 168 m.a.s.l. The grapes were de-stemmed and crushed after which the free-flowing juice was loaded into oak barrels of
different ages and aged on fine lees for 2 years. The barrels were then emptied into a stainless steel tank, and blended. Bottled without filtration and with a small dose of sulphites. Wine is vegan.
White wine with an oxidative nose, nuttiness with the characteristic freshness of Furmint and subtle vanilla and honey notes.
Great pairing with cheese and charcuterie.
