Wine named after the first born son Eduard (short Eda [Eh-Da]). Blend of Müller Thurgau (Rivaner), Grüner Veltliner and Riesling. Single varietal grapes are coming from different vineyards which were hand harvested one after other. After each harvest day, full bunches were foot-stomped and add to tub to other grapes, where they stayed together 7 days. After gentle pressing in basket press, wine matured 12 months in old oak barrel from which it was bottled with no added Sulphites. Wine is vegan.

Structured orange wine, with nose of flowery and peppery notes. Textured complex taste profile with a hints of stemy (green) notes. A light integrated tannins and supporting acidity.
Pairing with hard cheeses and cold cuts
