Hand harvested grapes of André and Laurot have been separately de-stemmed and crushed. Free flowing juice was taken away for PetNat production. Rest of wet skins were mixed together and let for 6 weeks on skin fermentation. After light pressing wine aged in old oak barrels roughly 1 year. Bottled with no addition of Sulphites. Wine is vegan.

Still dry red wine of medium juicy body. Slight tannic grip washed away with solid acidity.
Paring with ragu pasta dishes.
