Welschriesling grapes were harvested, de-stemmed crushed and let to ferment for 7 days. After a gentle pressing wine matured in old oak barrels for 12 months. After that barrels were emptied onto fresh skins of new vintage Welschriesling. After a 7 day maceration on skins, wine matured again in used barrels for another 8 months. Wine is vegan.
Orange still wine with nose of dried apricots and floral notes, light tannins in taste with hints of apricots and good level acidity.
Great pairing with hard cheeses, cold cuts or rabbit meat.
