Hand harvested grapes Laurot have been de-stemmed and crushed. After 14 days on skin fermentation, wine aged 9 months in used aged barrels, where it was periodically stirred. Bottled without filtration nor additional Sulphur. Wine is vegan.
Still red wine with almost non tannins, great fruity and juicy profile. Great chilled red option.
Alcohol: 12.0% vol., Sulphites (Total): No added Sulphur.
