Blanc de Blancs made of 60% Riesling, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Pinot Blanc. Grapes harvested in vineyards of age 25 -45 years. Blend of two vintages 2019 and 2020 as the yields were very small. Wine matured as single-varietals 1 – 2 years in stainless steel tank on lees. Secondary fermentation in bottles with 1 1⁄2 years on lees aging. No dosage. Wine is vegan.
Bready notes mixed with green berries on the nose. Long finish with nice acidity.
Alcohol: 12.50% abv.
