Single varietal Pinot Noir grapes were harvested, de-stemmed, crushed and let fermenting for 3 weeks in open tubs with a gentle punch downs. After gentle pressing wine fermented in French new oak barrels where it matured 12 months. Bottled with a small addition of Sulphur. Wine is vegan.
Red still wines, of bright Pinot Noir nose with of notes of blueberries and plums, that can be also find in the taste. Tannins are low and acidity high. Great to drink in but also for archiving.
Alcohol: 13.0% vol.
