There are a couple of old apple trees in the vineyards, so winemakers decided to make cider from the apples instead of leaving them to rot. They gave out a couple of bottles to the local somm community to gauge the quality and received great feedback. So here it is - Rappel Cider. Cider is vegan.
The fermentation started in a stainless steel tank and finished it in the bottles - PetNat style. No sulfur was added.
Juicy sparkling cider.
