From winemaker:
"Orange wine, the colour of which is the imprint of five months of contact between the fermenting must and the skins of the Welschriesling grapes. It all happens in the open air, in open vats buried in the ground. Later, in February, the still-fermented orange young wine is transferred to oak barrels made from local oak wood, where it smooths out the tannins, acids and all the refined corners of its taste for almost a year."
Single varietal Welschriesling. Still orange wine, with dried stone fruit notes on the nose and vibrant taste. Wine is vegan.
Alcohol 13.50% abv.
