Rose wine made from grapes Laurot. Short skin maceration, followed with slow 4 months long spontaneous fermentation in 200L old oak barrel. Wine stayed on fine lees in the barrel for another 11 months after the fermentation finished, where it was periodically stirred. Wine is vegan.
Red fruits and ripe strawberries on the nose. Fruity red, candy-like notes paired with lingering acidity. Dark in colour, though juicy and fruity fresh wine. No added Sulphur and no filtration. 580 bottles made.
Top pizza wine option.
