First wine made by the son of the the winemaker, who is gearing up to be next generation taking care of the winery. Named after the first born son.
Three single varietal wines of 2015 vintage were made in new French oak barrels, where they matured 12 months.
After the maturation period wines were blended: 50% Zweigeltrebe, 30% Blaufränkisch and 20% Pinot Noir. Wine was bottled with a small addition of Sulphur. Wine is vegan.
Red wine of a nose of earthy tones and blueberries. Complex yet light taste profile show all the good signs of matured wine with years under the cork. Absolutely fabulous wines.
