Hand harvested Pinot Noir grapes from 15+ years vineyards were destemmed and let to ferment for 3 weeks on skins in an open tub. After light pressing the wine finished fermentation, in a stainless steel tank (about 6 months). Wine was then transferred to used old oak barrels, where it matured 30 months. Wine was bottled with a small addition of sulphites.
Juicy rustic Pinot Noir, with smooth tannins and round texture.
Still red wine. Wine is vegan.
Alcohol: 12.5% vol.
