A blend of Blaufränkisch and Zweigreltrebe grapes – half and half. Grapes of both varieties have been harvested and processed together. Fermentation took place in
open tub, where the wines macerated on skins for 10 days. Wine than aged 18 months in old oak barrels. The wine has the best of both vine varieties - light fruitiness of Blaufränkisch with juiciness and light earthiness of Zweigeltrebe. And it has low alcohol!!! Glu-Glu-Glu. Wine is vegan.
