
Riesling grapes of highest quality - Selection of bunches quality (Auslese in
German classification) with developed Nobel Rot (Botrytis) were hand-harvested, destemmed and immediately pressed. Wine aged in a big 900L barrel for 12 months.
Rich honey and white flowers notes on the nose. Rather big almost opulent mouth feel, that shows the botrytic notes with good supporting acidity.
Alcohol: 13.5% vol.
