
Destemmed and crushed Feteasca Alba grapes fermented 3-4 weeks in open tub. Wine then matured 12 months in old oak barrels. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and only with small addition of Sulphites. Wine is vegan.
Earthy, bold skin-contact wine with notes of cloves and pine needles. Beautiful structure and grown-up mellow tannins, ending on a tangy, smoky note – this vintage particularly shows the depths of flavour this wine is capable of.
Alcohol: 13.0% alc.
