Hand harvested St. Laurent grapes were destemmed and crushed. After very short skin contact (cca 4 hours) and light pressing wine spontaneously fermented in a stainless steel tank, where it matured for 6 months on fine lees.
After the initial reductive nose blows off wine shows lovely red berry notes. The taste is fruity with a solid mineral backbone. All supported with great acidity.
Still rose wine. Wine is vegan.
Alcohol: 12.0% vol.
