
Four grape varieties Gruner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Pinot Blanc and Gewurztraminer in St. Urban vineyard. Grapes were then crushed and let to ferment on skins for 21 days. After gentle pressing wine aged in old oak barrels for 8 months on fine lees. Bottled with a small dose of Sulphites. Wine is vegan.
Orange wine of bright orange colour. Fragrant nose, apricots and other stone fruits in taste and lingering acidity.
Pairing with spicy oriental food or seafood dishes.
