Monology

Karla Zborovská honed her vine-growing and winemaking skill for almost a decade with local winery before launching her own winery Monology. She is currently tending to 1,5ha of vineyards and a small cellar that provides for a minuscule production of 7,000 bottles. Her goal is not to focus on individual bushes as a variety, but to understand the behaviour and character of the hill/vineyard. Wine is not just a reflection of terroir and vintage, it is a reflection of winemaker herself.
