Single varietal Pálava (Gewürztraminer crossed with Müller-Thurgau). De-stemmed grapes fermented 45 days and then aged 1 year in oak barrel.
Full-bodied ornage wine. Jasmine blossom, candied oranges, grapefruite peel. Tannins are integrated and nicely rounded and ballanced with acidity.
Recommended with spread of hard cheese & cold cuts.
Alcohol: 13.5% abv.
