Hand harvested St. Laurent grapes from 35+ years old vineyards were destemmed, crushed and let to ferment for 3 weeks on skins in an open tub. After light pressing the wine finished fermenting in a stainless steel tank. After that wine was transferred to old oak barrels where it continued ageing for 48 months. Wine was bottled with a small addition of sulphites.
Dark berries with hits of plum on the nose, vibrant juicy taste with good acidity.
Still red wine. Wine is vegan.
Alcohol: 12.0% vol.
