Single varietal rose wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon. Short maceration on skins allows for the translation of the bright strawberry and raspberry into the taste profile of the wine. All that loveliness is wrapped up in a lingering acidity. Robustness of the wine makes it great candidate even for consumption outside of the "classic rose season".
