The sparkling wine BONKA#7 consists of wines from two vintages: 2021 and 2022 in a ratio of 35% and 65%. The main role is played by the Pinot Blanc variety, which makes up 70% of the wine. The remaining 30% of the wine is a blend - cuvée from one old vineyard, which consists of the varieties: Feteasca Regala, Gruner Veltliner and Blaufrankisch.
The older wine from the 2021 vintage gives BONKA#7 depth and structure. The younger wine from the 2022 vintage, on the other hand, brings freshness and lightness to BONKA#7. The young wine was on the skins for 7 days. After combining the two vintages, secondary fermentation took place in the bottle. After 14 months secondary fermentation, bottles were disgorged. No dosage. Wine is vegan.
Structured rose (?) creamy bubbles and complex yet easy-drink taste profile with hints of savory notes. Great as an aperitif before the dinner is served.
