
4 weeks maceration on skins in open tubs, makes this wine look like a big orange wine. However a no-touch approach (no punch through, no pump over the skins with wine) and very low pressure pressing lands this wine in skin contact wines category.
Maturation in mix wood barrel (heads are oak, staves are acacia) for 12 months on fine lees, soften the wine and round acidity.
The wine has elegant nose of white flowers, and very clean taste with spicy finish with hints of saline mineral notes.
