Méthode Traditionnelle fine bubbles.
Assemblage of wines from 2019 and 2020 vintages. 60% Pinot Noir from a 16 years
old vineyard vineyards with clay bedrock. 40% Chardonnay from 28
years old vineyard with soils of loess.
Base wines aged in old oak barrels. Secondary fermentation in bottles with 3 years on lees aging. Disgorged. No dosage.
Fabulous fine bubbles with toasted nuts and and yeasty / brioche profile on the nose and taste. Wine is fruit forward and quite opulent.
Alc.: 12.5% abv.
