Cold climate Cabernet Sauvignon. Low extraction/shorter fermentation ion skins, and fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks, make this still red wine, more approachable comparing to some hoter climate wines of the same variety.
The signatory notes of Cabernet Sauvignons such as black/green pepper with hints of stemminess are showing both on the nose and in the taste, but are softer. Wine is quite fruit forward so it almost feel there is a bit of residual sugar, although the wine is bone dry.
