Method Traditional, Blanc de Gris. Brut Nature. No dosage.
Base wine of wine of Pinot Gris was mixed with new-vintage fermenting juice of the same grapes. After 18 months of on-the-lees fermentation bottles were disgorged and topped up with fresh white wine of Pesecká Leánka (Feteasca Regala) (circa 10% of total volume) for extra freshness.
A warm yet energetic tu embrace with gentle floral aromas of vine blossoms and pollen, subtle biscuit notes and hint of citrusy yeast at the end. The bubbles are creamy and well-distributed.
